A 3-days event has connected the youth from different background through interactive workshops and training sessions to build their capacities in line with social, and professional development and raise their awareness of international cultural volunteering. The training used non formal education and focused on diverse themes, including (CV writing – Interview skill for the purpose of obtaining work/grants/opportunities - Communication skills – writing recommendation  letter and motivation  letter - searching for opportunities - submitting  success application steps  for participation in international mobility programs) as a basic needed skills to participate in youth programs/conversations or to get educational scholarships or to participate in international conferences and gatherings.

The project had great results, among others significantly developing  the professional and life skills of 25 of young people with fewer opportunities in the Mediterranean region to raise their awareness of international cultural volunteering and encouraged them to break down the cultural barriers as well as to engage in youth activities and gain a multicultural mind-sets, and to promote opportunities provided by EU policies for young people to support their personal, social, and professional development.

Overall, the project was a success as it achieved  to various of ESAA’s objectives and clusters, including increasing international cooperation and knowledge of the Erasmus+ program, and Facilitating access to Erasmus+, increasing social inclusion, capacity building , empowerment, and participation. Significantly, the project addressed equity concerns and better serve marginalised populations. As the project targeted youth with fewer opportunities from the most vulnerable groups in the Mediterranean borders to build their capacities to become active citizens and actors of positive change and help them to interact and know about different opportunities provided by EU policies for young people.
